Miso paste from "Wiener Miso"
Miso is a fermented seasoning paste used to flavor and salt dishes. It originates from Japan. Our partner Wiener Miso enhances it with regional ingredients to create a unique taste experience.
In his book Vegetarian, Paul uses the miso paste in recipes such as vegetable essence, leek and potato soup, and miso mayonnaise.
The gluten-free WIENER MISO
A light miso with a delicate, floral bouquet, hints of exotic fruit, and a low salt content. Unpasteurized.
Perfect for light soups and sauces, for seasoning light meats, fish, and vegetables, or as a wholesome spread on bread. Made with non-GMO organic soybeans from Austria.
