Rhubarb Shrub

This is what our summer tastes like.
Mix rhubarb shrub at a ratio of 1:6 with soda or sparkling water, and you’ve got the perfect summer drink. Fruity, slightly sweet, and delightfully tart, it’s also great with sparkling wine or even in a salad dressing.

The rhubarb comes from Lower Austria, grown by our dear friend Robert from Krautwerk.

Ingredients & Allergens:
Rhubarb, violets, vinegar, sugar. Contains sulfites.

Shelf life: at least 6 months
