Olive oil "Buža" by Belić

An absolute favorite.

Duilio Belic, a former bank manager, and his wife Bosiljka, who holds a PhD in agricultural science, produce a sensational range of 14 single-varietal olive oils and one blend, the “Selektion Belić”, under the label Oleum Viride Belić. They are among the world’s 20 best olive oil producers and have received numerous awards.

The olive oil made from the Buza variety is light green and particularly rich in green fruit notes. It features aromas of green olives, artichokes, and green apples. This makes it a perfect choice for refining fish dishes, seafood, and vegetables.
