In this course, we’ll show you how versatile wild garlic can be in the kitchen. Whether used as a filling, a fresh accent, or fermented into wild garlic kimchi — learn how to work with this springtime favorite beyond its classic uses.
You’ll be guided through the evening by Peter Lehner, long-time Sous Chef at TIAN Restaurant and Head Chef of our pop-ups TIAN Staff Food & TIAN am Berg in Zürs am Arlberg, where he and his team have earned 15.5 Gault&Millau points and 3 toques.
