We've heard a lot about our truffle sauce. Some would like to bathe in it, others want to kneel down in front of it. One thing is certain: it contains lots of white Alba truffles from our dear friend Luca Miliffi.

For Paul Ivić, truffle pasta has become an indispensable part of Christmas Eve. ‘It's a super quick yet festive dish that doesn't require anyone to stand at the hob for long, so you can focus on the really important things at Christmas.’

Serves 4-6 portions.

Our tip: Cook the pasta in a little salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, briefly heat the truffle cream sauce in a pan and then blend briefly with a hand blender. This allows the creamy sauce to develop its full flavour.
