Cooking School with Sous-Chef Peter Lehner: "Vegan Summer Cuisine" | July 23 & 24, 2025

In this hands-on class, we celebrate summer on a plate – colorful, aromatic, and 100% plant-based. Discover how creative, diverse, and flavorful vegan summer cuisine can be!

The evening will be led by Peter Lehner, long-time Sous Chef at TIAN and Head Chef of our pop-ups TIAN Staff Food and TIAN am Berg in Zürs am Arlberg, where he and his team were awarded 15.5 Gault&Millau points and 3 toques.
Together, you’ll create a unique vegetarian menu, while Peter shares his personal tips and tricks for recreating the dishes at home.
